You will be responsible for understanding the business processes of existing customers, collaborating with them to develop Odoo concepts, and executing the conversion process which includes implementation, training, reporting, and customizing. Your role will involve providing advice to customers, analyzing their business processes, and introducing Odoo to streamline their operations. Collaborating with software developers, you will be designing technical concepts and architectures for new apps in Odoo. You will also oversee the implementation process to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery. In addition, you will contribute to building the Odoo team by working with developers, help desk staff, and consultants. Your tasks will include developing detailed specification documents, defining project deliverables and timelines, and ensuring the timely completion of all project deliverables. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Odoo Framework - Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript - Basic understanding of Linux - Familiarity with Databases and the SQL language - Knowledge of Git Concepts - Nice to have: familiarity with Python PEP8 & Flake8 - Nice to have: experience/knowledge in JSON and Restful Web Service integration - Nice to have: experience/knowledge in Python web development frameworks (Django and Flask) - Nice to have: understanding of methodological knowledge Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes comfortably - Analytical understanding of operational processes Location: Vadodara Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary: 2.4-8.0 LPA Openings: 7 Positions (31 Applicants have already applied for this position.),
