Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain customized Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo development (v14–v18 preferred), experience in Python programming, and an understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (via API, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, etc.).
• Customize Odoo reports (QWeb/PDF/XLSX) as per business requirements.
• Design and implement new features and workflows in Odoo.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo performance.
• Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices in coding.
• Provide ongoing Odoo support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 2+ years preferred).
• Strong programming knowledge in Python, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (ORM, workflows, models, views, security).
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and Linux server environment.
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Familiarity with Odoo deployment and module packaging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Nginx, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of accounting/finance domain in Odoo.
• Contribution to Odoo Community or OCA projects.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
