We help businesses streamline their operations through tailored Odoo implementations and integrations. **Role Overview:** As an Odoo Developer at TheERPBot, you will work closely with our functional and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize Odoo-based business applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules across key business areas such as Sales, Inventory, Website, Accounting, CRM, and POS. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into robust Odoo solutions. - Troubleshoot and optimize code, database queries, and server configurations. - Support Odoo version migrations, testing, and deployment. - Contribute to backend development using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL; frontend work using JavaScript as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. - Experience with Odoo Enterprise. - Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and OWL framework. - Deep understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and business logic. - Experience working with Odoo eCommerce and POS modules. - Proficiency in integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
