We help businesses streamline their operations through tailored Odoo implementations and integrations. As we expand our offerings and client base, we're looking for passionate and skilled Odoo Developers to join our founding tech team and grow with us from the ground up. As an Odoo Developer at TheERPBot, you will work closely with our functional and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize Odoo-based business applications. Your responsibilities will include customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules across key business areas such as Sales, Inventory, Website, Accounting, CRM, and POS. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into robust Odoo solutions, troubleshoot and optimize code, database queries, and server configurations, support Odoo version migrations, testing, and deployment, as well as contribute to backend development using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL and frontend work using JavaScript as needed. In terms of skills, we are looking for candidates with 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, a strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and OWL framework, a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and business logic, experience working with Odoo eCommerce and POS modules, and proficiency in integrating REST/SOAP APIs. Bonus skills that are preferred but not mandatory include experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise, familiarity with multi-company and multi-warehouse configurations, exposure to DevOps, performance tuning, or Django-based backend projects, and being Odoo certified.
