Job Description: As an ODOO Developer, you will play a crucial role in various development projects for the products and services, overseeing all development-related aspects of the technical operations. Your responsibilities will include taking initiatives to enhance the software development process for ensuring overall quality, solving complex performance issues, and addressing architectural challenges. Furthermore, you will be developing applications and features that have a significant impact on everyday life. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Develop ODOO apps, encompassing new module development and customization. - Analyze the Scope document and create a low-level requirement document in collaboration with different teams. - Implement best practices in Software development to enhance code readability and maintainability. - Utilize ODOO features effectively to achieve the Scope objectives. - Develop custom modules in ODOO to cater to specific domain requirements. - Adhere to source code checking processes for code maintenance in Git Version Control. - Follow secure Software Development practices. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts. - In-depth understanding of the ODOO basic flow. - Familiarity with data models in ODOO core. - Proven expertise in developing custom modules in ODOO. - ODOO Techno-functional knowledge. - Experience in developing the latest ODOO versions and proficient debugging skills in Odoo. - Proficiency in migrating from earlier ODOO versions to new ones. - Core knowledge of current features in ODOO such as Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Projects, Time-sheet, HR, etc. - Ability to handle ODOO front end using XML and JavaScript. - Good understanding of PostgreSQL with the capability to write SQL queries. - Experience in view customization, working on Widgets, Wizards, JavaScript, view XML, etc. - Creation of Q-Web reports. - Data import using ODOO import and custom import using Python. - Knowledge of Version Control System like git. - Familiarity with Linux flavored operating systems. Additional Company Details: The job types available are Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent roles. The expected working hours should not exceed 100 per week. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement. The schedule is for a Day shift. Education: - Bachelors degree preferred Experience: - Total work experience of 2 years required. - 2 years of experience in CRM software preferred. - 2 years of experience in Python required. - 2 years of experience in ODOO required.
