As an experienced Odoo Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo applications, customizing modules to meet business requirements, and integrating Odoo with third-party services. Your expertise in the Odoo framework, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business needs. - Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure Odoo applications. - Integrate Odoo with third-party services and applications. - Optimize database structures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions. - Maintain technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo updates, features, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Odoo development (Odoo v12+ preferred). - Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, API integrations, and custom module development. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, OWL.js, XML, CSS, Bootstrap). - Experience working with Odoo POS, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or eCommerce modules. - Familiarity with Linux environments and Git version control. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Nice to have: - Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of accounting, warehouse, or manufacturing processes. - Prior experience leading Odoo implementation projects.
