Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our ERP system as we transition from vendor-led implementation to in-house management. The role involves working closely with the external implementation partner during handover, ensuring smooth operations, and developing custom modules and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the implementation vendor to manage system handover and ensure knowledge transfer.
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules in alignment with business workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across functional modules such as CRM, Accounting, and Inventory.
Integrate Odoo with internal and third-party systems as required.
Support ongoing optimization and scalability of the ERP system.
Work closely with business, operations, and product teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

24 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (v14 or higher preferred).
Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and version control systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
Based in Hyderabad (in-office / hybrid).
