As an Odoo Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team located in Kochi or Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to cater to the unique business requirements of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their needs and transform them into effective Odoo solutions. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules, implementing and configuring various Odoo functionalities, writing clean and reusable code following Odoo development best practices, integrating Odoo with external systems through APIs or custom interfaces, conducting code reviews, debugging to resolve technical issues, maintaining technical documentation, testing Odoo modules for optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules using Python, proficiency in Odoo framework and core modules, knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, familiarity with databases and SQL queries, understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, experience in integrating Odoo with third-party systems, ability to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in frontend development using frameworks such as React or Vue.js and knowledge of specific industry verticals like manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce.
