Important:

What You’ll Do

• Develop and customise Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and applications.
• Create and optimise business logic, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain and enhance existing Odoo modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Developers).
• Document new and existing modules for clarity and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of proven Odoo development experience

  (Community or Enterprise).
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo frameworks, and ORM methods.
• Familiarity with front-end (JavaScript, jQuery, XML, QWeb).
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and modular development.
• Knowledge of core business processes: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, POS, Website.
• Problem-solving mindset and debugging skills.
• Version control experience (Git).

Bonus Skills

• Deploying Odoo on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
