Occupational Therapist

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Assess physical, developmental, emotional, and cognitive abilities of clients.
  

• Conduct detailed evaluations to identify therapy needs and goals.
  

Therapy Planning & Implementation:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
  

• Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
  

Functional Training:

• Train patients in self-care, work, and leisure activities to promote independence.
  

• Recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications to support function.
  

Rehabilitation & Recovery Support:

• Work with patients recovering from injury, stroke, or surgery to regain lost skills.
  

• Support neurodevelopmental rehabilitation in children and adults.
  

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, session notes, and treatment updates.
  

• Prepare reports for families, doctors, or interdisciplinary teams.
  

Family & Caregiver Education:

• Guide families and caregivers on how to support patients at home.
  

• Train on use of assistive devices or exercises to continue at home.
  

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

• Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, special educators, psychologists, and social workers.
  

Community or School Support (if applicable):

• Conduct sessions in schools, community centers, or homes as needed.
  

• Support inclusion and participation in educational settings.
  

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and rehabilitation techniques
