Occupational Therapist

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients to help them achieve independence in daily living, learning, and working through customized therapeutic interventions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ physical, cognitive, and sensory needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Work with patients having neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and psychosocial conditions.Provide therapy for children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and sensory processing disorders.Support adults in post-surgical, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.Guide families and caregivers in home-based therapy programs.Maintain patient records and progress reports.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, doctors, etc.).Skills & CompetenciesStrong clinical knowledge of occupational therapy practices.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Empathy and patience while working with clients.Ability to design innovative therapy activities.Documentation and report-writing skills.EligibilityBOT / MOT degree from a recognized institution.Valid registration with relevant council (preferred).Freshers with passion to learn and serve are encouraged to apply.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on qualifications & experience.Professional growth and training opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Exposure to multidisciplinary rehabilitation practices.
