The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in patients. Day-to-day tasks will include developing individualized care plans, providing therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Skills in Speech Therapy and working with Speech Disorders Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia Proficiency in identifying and managing various Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Certification or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred
