Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy to children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. The role also involves regular communication with families to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Skills in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and families
• Knowledge of medicine and its application in the context of occupational therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in working with neurodiverse children is a plus
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential
