Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy to children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. The role also involves regular communication with families to provide guidance and support. Qualifications Skills in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and families Knowledge of medicine and its application in the context of occupational therapy Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in working with neurodiverse children is a plus Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential
