About the Role We are looking for a committed Occupational Therapist who can deliver outcome-based therapy, handle realistic parent expectations, and design functional routines for children and adults. This role requires strong assessment skills, structured documentation, and consistent follow-up with families. Key Responsibilities Conduct standardized assessments (motor, sensory, ADL, executive functioning). Develop evidence-based therapy plans with measurable goals. Deliver 1:1 sessions focusing on sensory regulation, motor skills, ADL training, handwriting, and school readiness. Provide clear home programs and train parents/caregivers. Document every session accurately (goals, response, progress). Prepare reassessment and progress reports every 4–8 weeks. Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians. Communicate red flags early (ASD traits, ADHD patterns, sensory modulation issues). Maintain ethical, professional boundaries at all times. What We Expect Consistency in documentation (non-negotiable). Strong communication with families, even when progress is slow. Ability to handle behavioural challenges and meltdowns calmly. Willingness to follow structured treatment protocols. Comfortable giving firm guidance to parents who struggle with routines. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). License/Registration as per local regulations. Experience in pediatrics or mental health preferred. Freshers with strong training and clarity are also welcome.
