Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educator to work with children diagnosed with Autism and developmental delays. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in special education techniques and a passion for helping children with unique learning needs reach their academic and social potential. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) for children with autism and developmental delays. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches including functional behavior assessments and progress tracking. Adopt teaching methods in the abilities of each child, promoting best cognitive and social enhancement. Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and engagement. Guide and support parents by providing strategies to implement educational interventions at home. Maintain thorough documentation of each child's advancement data to ensure objectives are met consistently. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and enhance collaborative educational ABA strategies to conduct child development. Stay up-to-date and best practice in special education and the autism community. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field. Certification in working with children with Autism or developmental delays preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with special educational needs. Strong understanding of IEPs and adaptations skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
