Role Description

At iThrive, the child is at the centre of everything we do and believe in and it takes the right guidance, environment, and compassion to help that magic unfold.

The Chief Clinical Psychologist anchors this belief at the heart of our work. You'll lead our transdisciplinary team, execute assessments and interventions, and shape the center's inclusion framework. You'll also mentor team members, build parent partnerships, and help strengthen iThrive's growing ecosystem of care.

This is a leadership role for someone who is clinically skilled, emotionally grounded, and deeply committed to creating real change for neurodiverse children and their families.

What You'll Do

Clinical & Supervisory Work

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children with diverse developmental, emotional, and learning needs.
• Design individualized therapy plans and integrate goals across disciplines psychology, special education, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
• Review reports and documentation to ensure quality, clarity, and empathy in every communication.
• Mentor and supervise the team through, case reviews, and reflective discussions.
• Hold regular review meetings alongside the founder with parents to share progress and align next steps collaboratively.
• Offer counselling and guidance to parents navigating diagnoses or transitions

Program Design & Innovation

• Pilot new ideas, tools, and approaches with the founder to strengthen iThrive's child- and family-centered model.
• Support the design of new services, parent programs, and school collaborations.
• Conduct parent workshops and support groups on child development, emotional health, and inclusion.

Team & Leadership

• Participate in team recruitment, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Represent the center in key discussions, collaborations, and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with the Founder to shape clinical strategy, culture, and long-term growth.
• Represent iThrive at outreach programs, conferences, and community events.
• Lead awareness campaigns that bring mental health and inclusion to the mainstream.
  

Who can apply

• M.Phil. or MA in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution.
• 57 years of experience working with children and adolescents, including supervisory experience.
• Deep understanding of neurodevelopmental and learning differences, and a collaborative approach to intervention.
• Strong writing, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Someone who leads with empathy, clarity, and integrity and believes in inclusion as a way of life.
