Role Overview:

Key Functional Areas

1. Sales in Nutrition (Counseling & Conversions)

• Interact with potential leads via calls, chats, or app interfaces.
• Assess health concerns and recommend suitable diet programs.
• Educate clients about program benefits and features.
• Convert inquiries into paying clients using a needs-based approach.
• Ensure high-quality client engagement and build trust-based relationships.

2. Content Development Social Media & Website

• Create engaging, informative content rooted in nutritional science.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft campaigns that drive awareness and behavior change.
• Respond and ensure proper communication with potential clients.

3. Product: Research, Development & Execution

• Innovate and contribute to the development of new programs, features & tools.
• Collaborate on product conceptualization, ingredient research, protocol design, and testing.
• Stay updated on nutrition trends, emerging research, and competitor strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with tech, design, and marketing teams to execute new launches.
