JOB SUMMARY : We seek an experienced Manager - Nutrition & Technical Support to lead our nutrition programs, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-quality project implementation. The ideal candidate will have: - Advanced nutrition knowledge and program management experience - Strong technical skills in nutrition program design, implementation, and evaluation - Proven leadership and management experience - Excellent communication, partnership-building, and advocacy skills ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Nutrition Program Management: 1. Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition programs and projects 2. Ensure alignment with national and international nutrition guidelines and standards 3. Manage program budgets, work plans, and reports 4. Conduct needs assessments and situation analyses Technical Support: 1. Provide technical assistance to program staff, partners, and stakeholders 2. Develop and review nutrition-related materials, guidelines, and training modules 3. Conduct training and capacity-building programs 4. Stay updated on latest nutrition research and evidence Collaboration & Partnerships: 1. Foster partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations 2. Represent the organization in national and international forums 3. Advocate for nutrition policy changes and reforms Monitoring and Evaluation: 1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks 2. Analyze data and report on program impact 3.
