Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, execution, and team management while actively engaging in day-to-day operations. The role demands someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution skills, ensuring that Balance Nutritions brand presence grows meaningfully across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is not just a planning role — we need someone who can execute, manage campaigns, lead a small team, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy aligned with business goals. • Content Oversight: Create, curate, and publish engaging high-quality content (text, images, video, reels etc.) for all platforms thereby ensuring brand voice and relevance. • Hands-On Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to followers, and build meaningful connections by actively managing posting schedules, platform operations, and community engagement. • Paid Campaigns : Manage, run, oversee and optimize social media campaigns, including paid ads and promotions across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google with a focus on ROI. • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to queries, manage reviews, and build an active community. • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the design and content team to drive consistent and impactful campaigns. • Analytics &: Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, generate and prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment with company objectives. • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices. • Track competitors’ activities and recommend new strategies. Skills: • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. • Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills. • Good inter-personal skills • Good written and spoken business language abilities.
