Role Description


  • The incumbent in this position will:
  • Facilitate providing education, training, and support for knowledge enhancement and skill development of the nurses across locations and ensuring end-to-end clinical and service excellence by them.
  • Support the initial evaluation of prospective candidates, including participation in the clinical (technical) round of the recruitment process for hiring nurses.

• Facilitate the induction of the new-joinee nurses, covering key procedures and skills expected from them.

• Plan and conduct post-induction training and other capacity enhancement activities for the nursing staff across locations. Maintaining good rapport and warm connect with them is crucial, especially during the initial 90 days of their onboarding.

• Carry out concurrent and onsite monitoring and evaluation; provide supportive supervision; and offer technical insights and support for process improvement. A minimum 25% of the time in this role will be spent traveling to the onsite clinics at various locations.

• In case of contingency, must be ready to take the role of on ground Nurse at client location / Clinic.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Manager (Medical Services), other members of the Central Quality team, Business & Operations, HR, L&D, EMR & Business Analytics, Procurement & BME, and the on-ground clinic teams at various locations.

• Support in SOP documentation for Business.

• Liaise with Clients to provide periodic updates, technical support, and other inputs related to nurses’ clinical and service excellence and quality assurance.

• Analyze relevant data; provide technical support and inputs for preparing reports and dashboards; and make periodic presentations to key stakeholders on observations, actions, and further planning and insights.


Educational Qualification


• Essential: Recognized M.Sc. (Nursing) degree, or equivalent.

• Desirable: A recognized post-graduate (PG) qualification in the field of Nursing, Business Administration, or other allied healthcare discipline, or equivalent.


Job Requirements


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to travel for at least a week each month

• Aptitude for clinical and skill-based training, critical thinking, and creativity in a problem-solving environment

• Working from Office, 100%
