We are looking for an experienced NRI Sourcing Manager who has a strong network of NRI Channel Partners (CPs) and a proven record of generating business through NRI channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building, managing, and activating NRI CP relationships, especially in GCC, UK, US, Singapore, and Australia NRI markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with NRI Channel Partners across international markets.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new NRI CPs to drive consistent business growth.
• Generate qualified NRI leads and ensure conversions through active partner engagement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, virtual meetings, webinars, and business discussions with global CP networks.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth flow of leads and closures.
• Maintain CP performance reports, track business contribution, and optimize productivity.
• Plan and execute NRI-focused campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities.
• Ensure strong market understanding of NRI buyer behavior, investment requirements, and expectations.
