Burgundy Relationship Manager

These positions are responsible for managing high-value client portfolios (Resident & NRI), providing tailored banking and investment solutions, and delivering best-in-class service through continuous engagement and advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deepen existing relationships with affluent and NRI customers
Provide end-to-end banking and investment advisory solutions
Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, brokers, and local/overseas networks
Drive cross-sell of Axis Bank and third-party financial products
Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, risk assessments, and financial portfolios
Track client activity and proactively plan engagement touchpoints
Meet monthly targets for business growth and revenue generation
Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory norms, and internal audit policies
Log all engagement and service activities through CRM tools

Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized university (mandatory)
AMFI / NCFM certifications preferred

Required Experience:

Minimum 6 years in BFSI, preferably in Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or NRI Relationship roles

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of banking, investment, and financial products
Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills
Ability to handle high-value portfolios and offer customized financial strategies
Goal-driven with a consistent track record in achieving business targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
