Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of NRI clients and driving relationship deepening through regular and high-quality engagement via calls, emails, and digital platforms. Drive cross-sell of relevant NRI products such as NRE/NRO accounts, fixed deposits, remittance services, insurance, and investment solutions. Increase product holding per customer (PHPC) by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable bank offerings. Promote adoption and active usage of mobile/net banking channels and guide customers through digital onboarding. Assist in activation of accounts, optimizing balances, and enhancing CASA value from mapped NRI customers. Ensure KYC compliance and accurate customer profiling to present suitable products aligned with customer preferences and lifecycle needs. Provide end-to-end support for services like remittances, tax filing solutions for NRIs, FCNR deposits, and other wealth management offerings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution of customer service requests, queries, and escalations. Meet monthly scorecard targets on sales, service, and customer engagement KPIs. Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and internal compliance standards for NRI banking. Pitch and onboard customers into the NRI Relationship Banking Program, explaining its features, benefits, and eligibility. Maintain updated knowledge of global banking trends, currency movements, and regulatory changes impacting NRIs.
