Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with NRI customers, providing them with exceptional service and support
- Identify and acquire new NRI customers through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI customers and provide them with customized banking solutions
- Cross-sell various banking products and services to NRI customers, including investments, loans, and insurance
- Monitor and manage the NRI customer portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, compliance, and risk management
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, credit, and product to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI customers
- Stay updated on market trends and competition in the NRI banking segment to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve individual and team targets for business growth and revenue generation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NRI banking or sales, preferably in a retail banking environment
- Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with NRI customers
