Job Description

Role: Relationship Manager – CASA / NRI / TPP Products

Department: Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking

Location:Tirunelveli, Salem, Madurai, Trichy & Coimbatore Ramnagar

Job Purpose:

To acquire and manage customer relationships for NRI and domestic clients while driving CASA growth and cross-selling third-party (TPP) investment and insurance products. The role focuses on deepening relationships, increasing wallet share, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) and NRI accounts through various channels.
  • Manage and grow the existing NRI and HNI portfolio, ensuring strong relationship management and retention.
  • Cross-sell third-party products (TPP) such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Demat, and Investment services to maximize revenue per client.
  • Drive branch-level CASA and TPP business targets with a focus on quality acquisition and product penetration.
  • Maintain regular client engagement through calls and visits to understand financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Track portfolio performance, identify opportunities for deepening, and report progress to branch leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CASA, NRI banking products, and third-party investments (Mutual Funds, Insurance).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with focus on quality acquisition and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams and deliver results within timelines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or NRI Relationship Management.
  • Experience in CASA sourcing and TPP cross-sell is mandatory.
