Press shop, fabrication, welding, machining, Rubber Moulding
Ability to prepare/review process sheets, BOM, drawings, production planning and achieving daily/weekly targets, exp in process sheets, BOM, drawings
Developing components from sample to mass production, Daily production monitoring, reporting, Productivity improvement and rejection reduction, Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing
Quality Functions
Inward material inspection.
Handling full QMS system and its documentation
Working on CAPA, Kaizen and Poka-yoke improvements
Face customer audit and ensuring compliance
Maintaining ISO and IATF 16949 documentation
Creating presentation and reports using PowerPoint and excel
Prepared and updated PFMEA, control plan, and work instructions as per IATF requirements.
Conducted daily in-process inspection and ensure defect-free delivery to customer
Handled customer complaints and participated in root cause analysis with 5 why and ishikawa tools
Maintained rejection bin records with IHR sheets and ensured proper tagging and traceability.
Known about IATF 5 core tools – SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
Data monitoring on QMS ( Opex software)
