NPD - Head

As an NPD Head, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end New Product Development process in the Personal Care / FMCG / Wellness industry. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation by identifying market gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and cost-effective product rollouts. Your key responsibilities will include leading the complete NPD lifecycle and go-to-market strategy, driving consumer insight-based innovation and product design, coordinating with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and procurement teams, managing formulation, testing, packaging, and compliance, as well as handling vendor management, costing, pricing, and IMPEX operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering with an MBA or related masters preferred. You should have at least 8-12 years of experience in NPD, innovation, or R&D within the FMCG/personal care sector. Strong knowledge of formulation, packaging, and regulatory standards is essential, along with a proven track record of success in launching D2C or retail products.
