NPD Expert - HVAC/ Heat Exchanger/RAC/CAC

You will be responsible for technical expertise in cooling technologies, product development, design of dehumidification systems, troubleshooting, industry trends, training, consultation, and project management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Expertise:** - In-depth knowledge of cooling technologies, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and various types of heat exchangers. - Understanding and application of principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer to cooling systems and heat exchanger designs. - In-depth knowledge of airflow control systems and defining new algorithms. - Understanding of different dehumidification processes and technologies. - System integration of mechanical, electrical, electronic & refrigerant control components. - Component selection based on the specification requirement. - **Product Development:** - Participation in the design and development of new cooling systems, dehumidification technologies, and heat exchangers. - Conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions. - Collaboration with engineering and design teams to create efficient and cost-effective products. - **Testing and Evaluation:** - Development and implementation of testing protocols for cooling systems and heat exchangers. - Analysis of performance metrics such as efficiency, capacity, reliability, and environmental impact. - Identification of areas for improvement and recommendation of design modifications based on test results. - **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:** - Provision of technical support to resolve complex issues related to cooling systems and heat exchangers. - Diagnosis of problems, recommendation of solutions, and oversight of the implementation of corrective actions. - **Industry Trends and Innovation:** - Keeping updated with the latest advancements in cooling technology and heat exchanger design. - Participation in industry conferences, seminars, and forums to exchange knowledge and gain insights. - Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and best practices to enhance product offerings. - **Training and Education:** - Development of training materials and conduction of workshops for engineers, technicians, and other professionals. - Provision of mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development. - **Consultation and Advisory Role:** - Acting as a consultant for projects involving cooling technology and heat exchangers. - Offering expertise in system design, energy efficiency optimization, sustainability practices, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaboration with standard-making agencies to provide recommendations. - **Project Management:** - Managing projects related to cooling systems and heat exchangers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. **Qualifications:** - M Tech / PHD in Mechanical or similar fields - 6+ Years of Experience in air conditioning product development,
