Create and update job descriptions for various roles
Source and engage candidates via job portals and social media
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate fit
Post job openings on multiple hiring platforms
Shortlist candidates and coordinate with internal teams for recruitment needs
Assist with background checks and support onboarding processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals
Strong decision-making and candidate evaluation abilities
Familiarity with online recruitment channels is a plus
