Role & responsibilities

Stakeholder & Leadership Support

• Work closely with the Head HR on daily ER priorities, escalations, and sensitive employee matters.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on people management, behavior, and performance issues.
• Support leadership in handling complex employee situations with empathy and objectivity.

Culture & Workplace Conduct

• Support initiatives that promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
• Participate in employee engagement activities, awareness sessions, and ER-related training programs.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

• Support the interpretation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and communicating HR policies in line with organizational needs and statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal guidelines, and ethical standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support the Head HR in addressing employee issues through timely investigation, resolution, and follow-up.
• Foster a positive employee experience by promoting open communication and trust.
  

Grievance Handling & Investigations

• Assist in managing employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and misconduct investigations.
• Document cases, findings, and corrective actions with high levels of confidentiality.
• Coordinate disciplinary processes in consultation with the Head HR and relevant stakeholders.
  

Employee Communication & ER Reporting

• Prepare ER reports, case trackers, and documentation for leadership review.
• Track ER cases, action items, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
• Support internal communication initiatives related to policies, conduct, and workplace practices.
