Role Overview

Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives for a high-volume manufacturing plant in Ghaziabad. Focus on boosting productivity, retention, and morale among 200+ shop-floor and supervisory staff. Key Responsibilities

• Design and roll out performance appraisal cycles, including goal-setting (OKRs/KPIs), mid-year reviews, and annual assessments using tools like balanced scorecards.
  
• Develop engagement programs: pulse surveys, recognition events, town halls, and training workshops to reduce attrition below 10% and improve eNPS by 20%.
  
• Analyze HR metrics ( absenteeism, turnover, productivity) and collaborate with plant heads to address gaps via coaching and interventions.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, conduct grievance handling, and foster a safety-first culture aligned with ISO standards.
  
• Track ROI on engagement initiatives and report quarterly to senior leadership on impact to production efficiency.indeed+1
  

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent; 3-5 years in performance management/engagement, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
  
• Proven track record in factories with shift-based workforce; expertise in tools like SAP SuccessFactors or Darwinbox.
  
• Location: Within 10km of Ghaziabad (e.g., Raj Nagar, Vaishali, Indirapuram) for daily commute.
  
• Salary: 7-9 LPA (fixed + performance incentives).
