North Indian Chef

You are an experienced and skilled North Indian Chef who will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian dishes with high-quality taste and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Prepare, cook, and present a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, biryanis, and snacks. - Ensure authentic taste and consistency in food preparation by using proper spices and traditional cooking techniques. - Operate and manage tandoor, grills, and other kitchen equipment effectively. - Oversee kitchen operations, including food storage, portion control, and quality control. - Follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines as per FSSAI regulations. - Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu. - Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards. - Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in North Indian cooking methods. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef, with a total work experience of 1 year preferred.
