About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare North Indian gravies and dishes such as Dal Makhani, Rajma, Paneer curries, etc
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and team of Commis I & II
  • Plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure timely food preparation
  • Maintain hygiene, portion control, and kitchen standards
  • Coordinate with management for supply needs and new recipes
  • Prior experience in restaurants or cloud kitchens is preferred


Requirements

  • Experience: 4-5 years in a North Indian kitchen setup
  • Strong knowledge of gravies, tandoor, and main-course preparations
  • Ability to lead and train junior staff
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
