Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: S4 HANA is Mandatory Deliver SAP classroom training in the field and facilitate scheduled lab sessions to support the classroom training. Participate in periodic team status updates, Collaborate with project team members in a positive and constructive manner. Work closely with the IT SAP Deployment Team and Operations team to understand unique business processes and training needs during the pre-deployment phase (including audience and delivery method analysis). Work closely with the Ops Team to adapt training plans/ materials / lesson plans / exercises to best support the pre/post-deployment training of a particular site. Deliver instructor lead training as part of a team (lead trainer / co-trainer) or independently Build data/scenarios in the SAP training client to support hands on exercises, Coach end users one-on-one as needed. Provide special post-deployment support Hypercare to the learners (usually 2-4 weeks following the go live date). Execute post-deployment ongoing training initiatives (instructor lead onsite/remote) (Refresher training new employee training). Complete work stream deliverables adhering to timelines and objectives Responsible for training course development ensuring consistency with Training approach. Conduct instructor led training sessions to Super Users & End Users on the new system functionality and business processes. Manage training environment and landscape. Assist in various training activities and provide advice and guidance to the business where required. Understand the business processes for Finance and how the application supports the processes and integration with other SAP modules. Prepare, review and validate training material. Teach the use of different computer systems used in the company through classroom court and practical exercises. Minimum Qualifications Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented Strong communication skills Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
