Job Description

Non-Tech Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
(sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social networks.
Recruit for
P2P, O2C, Procurement, Legal, Banking, and Industrial roles
.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and weekly reports.
Ensure excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience in
Non-Tech recruitment
(Finance/Operations/Banking/Industrial).
Strong knowledge of
P2P, O2C, Procurement, and Legal hiring
.
Proficient in
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
and Boolean search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
