Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-IT Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Non-IT Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various non-technology roles within the company. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The incumbent will also assist in employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Qualifications 4 years + Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for non-IT roles Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and HR team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
