Role & responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for Non IT engineering roles. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company. Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting. Desired Skills: 1 to 4 years of experience in Non IT Engineering roles. Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of requirements within engineering sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
