End-to-end recruitment for
Non-IT positions
across different industries and verticals (Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Banking, Logistics, etc.).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through
job portals, social media platforms, databases, and headhunting.
Build strong candidate pipelines for varied positions such as
Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Admin, and Leadership roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
Handle multiple mandates while meeting deadlines and
achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop creative sourcing strategies and use social media for brand building and talent attraction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Any specialization; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
Non-IT recruitment
(consultancy or corporate).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques:
headhunting, portals, referrals, and social media.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle diverse positions across different industries.
Strong target-orientation with a
positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
