Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 Years to 6 years (End-to-End Recruitment)Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMJoining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT rolesSource candidates using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.Coordinate interviews and manage follow-upsMaintain a strong pipeline and candidate databaseWork closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals

What We’re Looking For :
6 months to 2 years of Non-IT recruitment experience (BFSI / NBFC)Proficiency in using job portals (especially Naukri)Strong communication and organizational skillsMust be available for Work from Office at Goregaon EastImmediate availability is a big plus
