Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various non-IT roles across our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview processes.
Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Prepare and present recruitment reports as needed.
Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR databases and ATS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Saturday: Work from office
