Role & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote the supermarket's products and services, attract new customers, and increase sales. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials. • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that differentiates the supermarket from its competitors. Plan and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives. • Work with vendors and suppliers to develop and implement co-marketing campaigns. • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all expenditures are within budget. • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and make informed decisions. Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing budgets and allocating resources. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tools and techniques. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 10 years of Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
