Designation Executive/ Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition.

Location- Chennai.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across stores and HO.
Source candidates using job portals, referrals, agencies, and social media.
Drive bulk hiring for store staff, front-end sales, cluster managers, and support functions.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely documentation compliance.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, TAT reports, and hiring metrics.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate.
2-6 years of relevant
Non-IT TA experience
.
Strong knowledge of bulk/store-level hiring.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Efficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/ATS tools.
