Job Role We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated Recruiters to join our growing team remotely and help source and place top candidates for Non-IT roles across various sectors (manufafacturing, FMCG, BFSI, healthcare, logistics, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles through job portals, social media, and references

Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability

Coordinate with clients for interviews and feedback

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closures

Follow up on interview schedules and offer rollouts

Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment (preferably Non-IT segment) minimum 1 year

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Own laptop/system with stable internet connection

Comfortable working from home
