Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years

Location: Gurugram (onsite 5 days a week)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Job Type: Full-time

Budget: 3LPA to 6 LPA (based on Relevant Experience)

About the Role:

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions provided by business managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of recruitment practices for non-IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight timelines.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and basic labor laws (added advantage).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment.
