Position : Non IT Recruiter

Exp : 1+ years.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle hiring for roles such as Production, Quality, PPC, Maintenance, R&D, Design Engineers, Purchase, Logistics, HR, and other plant functions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

2. Sourcing & Screening

  • Use job portals, social media platforms, networking, and references to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, evaluate experience, and screen profiles based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess skill fit and cultural suitability.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, recruitment agencies, and external partners.

4. Recruitment Operations

  • Prepare job descriptions, publish job postings, and manage applicant tracking.
  • Ensure documentation, offer negotiations, salary discussion, and offer rollout.
  • Handle onboarding coordination and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.

5. Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated with automotive industry trends, skill demands, and competitor hiring patterns.
  • Provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring challenges.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector.
  • Good understanding of shop-floor and plant-based roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and MS Office.
