Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in Automotive, Manufacturing, Embedded Systems, and Oil & Gas domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals in both technical and non-technical functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand and analyse client requirements in Automotive, Embedded, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas sectors.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job specifications.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure timely closures of positions.
Build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers for feedback and next steps.

Key Skills Required:

Recruitment experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Embedded, or Oil & Gas domains.
Familiarity with technical job roles like:
Automotive: Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Vehicle Integration
Embedded: C/C++, Microcontrollers, RTOS, MATLAB/Simulink
Manufacturing: Plant HR, Production Engineer, Maintenance
Oil & Gas: Process Engineer, Piping Designer, Instrumentation Engineer
Strong sourcing and screening abilities using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
