Job Description

Its a 6 month contract position which can be absorbed or can be increased based on your performance

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for
Finance and Accounting roles
, including positions in FP&A, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Controllership.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' financial domain knowledge, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection processes.
Lead offer negotiations, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for internal review.
Build a strong pipeline of finance talent for current and future needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
37 years of experience in
non-IT recruitment
, with
specialized focus on Finance domain hiring
.
Prior experience recruiting for roles such as Finance Analysts, Accountants, Auditors, Controllers, and Tax Specialists.
Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
Strong understanding of finance domain structures and role requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a high-paced environment.
