Job Description: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc. and assessing them as per the job mandate. Your role will involve lining up candidates for interviews, following up on the interview status, and managing the candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will be managing online job postings, social media presence, and mentoring junior team members.
