Responsibilities
  • Handle

    Bench Sales Recruiting (NON-IT focus)

    with 4–6 years of proven US Staffing experience.
  • Market Bench Consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and USC) to prime vendors and clients.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure to

    Pharma/Biotech roles,

    including Validation (Equipment, Cleaning, Process), Quality & Manufacturing, CSV, QA/QC, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Experience handling

    Technician and Specialist roles

    will be an added advantage.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage a strong

    vendor and client database

    for quick turnaround on requirements.
  • Proficient in

    resume formatting and presentation

    to highlight candidate strengths as per client needs.
  • Proactive and aggressive in

    vendor engagement, negotiations, and placements

    to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to maximize consultant marketing and placements.
  • Excellent communication skills for continuous interaction with vendors, consultants, and clients.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Job Boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.)

    for resume sourcing and marketing.
  • Ability to identify market trends in NON-IT staffing, particularly within Pharma/Healthcare domains, to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain regular activity reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices, market intelligence, and vendor relationships.
