NodeZero / Horizion3 AI Implementation and Management Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated NodeZero Implementation and Management Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero autonomous penetration testing platform, including deployment, configuration, and ongoing management. This role is critical in helping us proactively identify and remediate security gaps by leveraging continuous, automated red teaming. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the deployment and configuration of the NodeZero platform across enterprise environments. • Manage and execute autonomous penetration tests to identify exploitable vulnerabilities and misconfigurations. • Integrate NodeZero with existing security infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management platforms). • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and remediation guidance to stakeholders. • Collaborate with IT, SOC, and DevOps teams to ensure findings are addressed and validated. • Continuously monitor and tune NodeZero operations to align with organizational risk posture. • Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials for internal teams. • Stay updated on emerging threats and attack techniques to ensure effective testing coverage. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NodeZero or similar autonomous pentesting/red teaming platforms. • Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability exploitation, and lateral movement. • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, CVSS scoring, and threat modeling. • Experience with networking, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint security. • Ability to interpret technical findings and communicate risk and impact to non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications such as OSCP, CRTP, CEH, or equivalent. • Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline security. • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
